What does the RFX platform include?

Can RFX scale across multiple facilities?
Yes. RFX is built for single-facility ASCs all the way through enterprise health systems, with role-based access and roll-up reporting across every site.
Does RFX integrate with the systems we already use?
RFX currently does not have integrations for HRIS, EHR, and document management platforms.
Implementation
How long does implementation take?
Most facilities go live on all modules within 90 days. Our White Glove Onboarding team handles document loading and configuration so your staff can focus on patient care.
Will my team need extensive training?
No. RFX is intuitive by design. We provide guided training, role-based walkthroughs, and ongoing support so adoption is fast and natural.

What is included in CVO Services?
Our CVO is a true outsourced extension of your team. We handle primary source verification, between-appointment-period documentation, reverifications, and ongoing maintenance.
How is RFX different from a typical CVO?
We don't stop at applications. RFX manages credentialing as an extension of your organization managing documents end-to-end throughout the appointment period, providing real-time visibility and standardized governance.
