With 25 years of experience building enterprise software in healthcare and other complex industries, Luke co-founded RFX to deliver intuitive, dependable technology to an underserved space. As COO, he oversees product development, implementation, customer support, customer success and cross-functional execution, collaborating closely with clients to ensure RFX consistently drives accuracy, efficiency, and readiness.

Chad leads all revenue strategy and growth initiatives at RFX, aligning sales, customer lifecycle programs, and market expansion under one mission: helping healthcare organizations streamline compliance and improve safety. He focuses on long-term partnership, measurable client value, and a seamless experience from first interaction to lasting success.

As Director of Engineering, Matt leads the teams responsible for building, securing, and scaling the RFX platform. He oversees architecture, development, and technical execution, ensuring the technology remains reliable, performant, and aligned with the evolving needs of healthcare environments.

Matthew leads Business Operations, ensuring RFX's internal systems, processes, and cross-team workflows operate with clarity and efficiency. His work supports strategic planning, organizational alignment, and scalable operational frameworks that keep the company moving forward.

Kyle leads Customer Success with a focus on proactive guidance, structured adoption, and long-term readiness outcomes. His team partners closely with healthcare facilities to ensure every role is confident, supported, and able to fully leverage RFX from day one.

As Director of UI/UX, Derek shapes the design and usability of the RFX platform. He brings deep expertise in human-centered design, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, efficient, and purpose-built for the busy realities of healthcare - transforming complex workflows into streamlined experiences.

Kyle oversees Revenue Operations, building the processes, analytics, and operational infrastructure that enable RFX's commercial teams to scale effectively. His work ensures strong alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success while optimizing the systems that drive pipeline performance.
